The earhole pillow is amazing if you have physically sensitive ears that make sleeping on a normal pillow difficult. Highly recommend.

$129 for a pillow I can't use. First Pillow sank to nothing, strong chemical smell. Second pillow I couldn't even be in same room as the chemical smell reeked way too strong, eventually forced myself to try it after a few weeks time & lasted minutes, the pillow so hard it quickly cut off circulation in my wrist (I'm a side sleeper so one hand goes under pillow) & my head started thumping so it was restricting blood flow in my head as well. Second pillow as at least perfect height. Second pillow still reeks chemical 3mths later in the spare room I've got it stored in trying to work out how to make use of it because I'm not wanting to throw away $129 worth of foam.

I have the smaller Sleep Away pillow. As I have back issues I tried it between my knees while side sleeping in bed. It was good but I went on to by the largest one and it’s perfect. I don’t know why it isn’t being marketed as dual purpose!

This is the 2nd ear hole pillow that I have purchased.I use it as I sleep on my back and I was getting too much pressure on the back of my head.Using this pillow has eased the pressure and I get a better nights sleep.I would highly recommend it.

Onerous cost of returning a not-fit-for-purpose health productI purchased a wedge cushion for my chair which made my back much worseI asked for refund but there was no return postage assistance (fair enough) but there was also a 20% reduction in the refund price. I've never encountered a 20% reduction in a refund price for a not fit-for-purpose product (especially a health product) - the return postage plus 20% reduction made it economically silly to returnThe contact was very polite and helpful and explained she was just implementing the policies of the owners so my compliments to her manner, but my disappointment at the onerous costs of retuning a product

I have bought countless Boomerang pillows which never lasted and aggravated my back. This Pyramid pillow is the best ever providing such comfort and back support. I wish I had found out about this product sooner I highly recommend this product.

The website to purchase the products I wanted - 5 stars. The pillow also 5 stars. Packaging and speed of delivery, again 5 stars. However, the eucalyptus pillow cover - 0 stars. There was nothing to indicate the cover has what feels like a plastic lining; this negated the cooling ofthepillow, but even more annoying, it is noisy to sleep on, crackling into your ear every time you move. I also received a spiky ball. It might do what it is supposed to, but it is so hard I am not game to try it. I am very happy with the pillow.

Fantastic service and great products. Being chiropractors, they stock what they know works. From the Sleeprrr range of pillows to TENS Machines. By the way, if you have any sort of muscle pain, sore back, shoulder, etc., I cannot recommend highly enough a Metron Pro TENS. Brilliant, and very inexpensive drug-free way to treat pain.
