I have the smaller Sleep Away pillow. As I have back issues I tried it between my knees while side sleeping in bed. It was good but I went on to by the largest one and it’s perfect. I don’t know why it isn’t being marketed as dual purpose!

By the way, if you have any sort of muscle pain, sore back, shoulder, etc., I cannot recommend highly enough a Metron Pro TENS. Brilliant, and very inexpensive drug-free way to treat pain.
